So now that I have not one, not two, but THREE followers on "Berkeley: The Blog", I would like to hit you guys (girls) up for some comments. I'm pretty much set on this layout, but that is mostly because it looks good on widescreen. How does it look on normal monitors out there? Good? Uggo? Pretty aight? Mehr? Let me know.
Commenting is tight, looks good with the options for clicking comments. I really like having comments. In case you couldn't tell. Betcha' could.
Any thing else you guys (girls - man, it just comes out "guys" (chauvinist) ) wanna say before the blog opens up for real, hit me up. Leave a comment. It's all good.
Hope you're enjoying your break.
Will
The layout looks "classic", really nice. The colors are great too. Thumbs and toes up.
ReplyDeleteBefore you open it up, you should tie a little red ribbon across your comp. screen and cut it with some scissors to give your blog its well deserved bon voyage.
best-
I think I should do just that! It is a lot better than my first idea, which was to break a bottle of wine across my laptop before the blog's maiden voyage. Your plan is a lot less messy which is nice.... But now I'm stuck with the merlot...
ReplyDeleteHere's to blogging *clink of glass*
Save the Merlot for the new year!
ReplyDeletewhat are you doing for new years eve?
I really enjoy this new layout, the simplicity of it allows for better readability since all the color should be found in your writing. :)
ReplyDeleteP.S. Hope you are having an awesome holiday break!
Nicely said Olga! I like that. Gracias.
ReplyDeleteAnd my new years eve will be spent counting down the minutes until that miraculous moment, that wondrous time when everyone stands up to cheer, basking in the glory that they can now officially turn in their 2010-2011 FAFSA. What an exhilarating time it shall be for me, logging on to the government-aid website, typing in my information, receiving that chill in my bones that I have come to know represents my fear of having input those tax-return numbers incorrectly. Feel the joy! Alas, The Sirens lament the fact that they waited until the March 2nd deadline to fill out their application and ended up with a certain lack of funds! Sing your sad songs, fiends! For you cannot tempt my vessel into the rocks of fiscal discontent.

3... 2... 1... Happy School Year (Made possible by the money our government has put aside for "us" which, as it turns out, has actually been our money all along)!!!
